Delivery

Our delivery rates depend on the product ordered and are as follows:

Standard delivery

Delivery aim: 1 to 4 working days from when the order is dispatched. Sometimes it may take slightly longer.

  • Small items (eg. keyrings, badges, pens etc): Sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. £1.90
  • Larger products: Sent by Royal Mail (2nd Class), or couriers (eg.DPD, Whistl, APC, etc). £2.95
  • Personalised greeting cards: Sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. 95p

 
Express delivery

Delivery aim: 1 working day (sometimes 2 days) from when the order is dispatched. This is usually achieved on the majority of orders, but we cannot 100% guarantee it.

Service available to UK Mainland only (not available to Northern Ireland, outlying islands or remote postcodes.)

  • Most products*: Sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked, or couriers. £4.95
  • Greeting cards & personalised sport products: not available

* Dispatched same-day if ordered before 1pm (Monday to Friday only)

 

Delivery time

Please bear in mind that that we cannot guarantee any order will be delivered by a certain date. The delivery timescale shown on the checkout screen and order confirmation is an estimate based on the delivery service working at it's quickest speed, which doesn't always happen. We have no control over the postal / courier service and delays can sometimes occur. Refunds can not be issued for orders that are delivered later than the date expected by the customer.
 

Personalised production times

Most personalised products require several working days to be custom made for you. Please allow for this time, plus the delivery time, when you order. The production time shown does not include weekends or bank holidays. So, for example, a product with a typical 1 to 3 working day production time that is ordered on Friday will be dispatched at some point between Monday and Wednesday the following week.

 

Non-delivery

As delays can sometimes occur, please allow at least 10 working days before telling us you haven't received your order. On rare occasions, items can get lost in transit, which is out of our control. Refunds can not be given for items that go missing in the postal system or courier network; as we always issue a re-send of your order in these cases.

If a delivery attempt is made and nobody is present at the address to receive the goods, it is important that you arrange re-delivery / collection. Royal Mail will hold the parcel for you, for a limited time, at your local sorting office. If it is not collected, they will return it to us. Couriers, such as Evri, will make 3 attempts to deliver it on different days. If you do not contact them to re-arrange delivery to a neighbour or nominated safe-place, they will then return it to us. In all cases, if a parcel is not collected or re-arranged, we will need to charge an extra re-delivery fee to send it out to you again if you still want the item.

You must ensure the delivery address that you provide on your order is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are not delivered due to the address being incorrect or incomplete. If an item is returned to us undelivered for this reason, we will need to charge an extra re-delivery fee to send it out to you again if you still want the item.

 

International delivery

Update: January 2024. At this current time, our checkout system only allows for orders to be shipped within the UK (and Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey). We are not shipping to other countries for the time being.
